This strange, plump, pale white grub is larger than most, being around the size of a mason jar. It can be safely stored like any other item without risk of damage to the grub or storage container due to the species’ extreme resilience and meagre appetite.

The grub has the ability to use its vast supply of sturdy silk to manipulate faraway objects. As an action, you can use the grub to grab onto an object of size Medium or smaller within 80 feet of you that you can see. You can grab only through openings as narrow as 1 inch. Using the same action, you can pull a Tiny or smaller object 20 feet or a Medium object 10 feet towards you. Objects cannot be pulled through openings they will not fit through. Attempting any other action besides manipulating the grabbed object will detach the grub’s silk from it.
